Swimming 1:10:00 [3]

Good warm-up, then 20 x 50 easy, 25 hard, 25 easy, no gear. Hards averaging 19, which is encouraging.

Running 45:00 [3]

20 min warm-up, then 3 x 5mins at 14kph, 90 secs rest. Tough enough, HRM wasn't picking up, would have been z5,.

Swimming 1:00:00 [3]

20mins warm-up then 15x100 in 1.31-1.33...cool down.

Will do for now.

Cycling 35:00 [3]

Felt good, No back related pain at all... actually pushed quite hard for most of it in the 240-250W zone.

Will do for now.

Note

Got my eye on the first sprint tri of the season in six weeks... fingers crossed.

Note

Ha... there's also an almost 1/2 IM distance Duathlon in 5 weeks..... what the heck... stretch target.... My chiro will have kittens.

Running 30:00 [3]

11kph. Comfortable enough z1 rising to z3

Swimming 40:00 [3]

Bit all over the place again.

Pilates 45:00 [3]

First of a series of pilates/rehab sessions. Abs of steel here we come.

Cycling 20:00 [3]

Just 20 mins before my downstairs neighbour complained about the whirring stopping him from sleeping.

Otherwise good, although I'm sore today again... not sure if that from the Pilates or the bike.

Monday Aug 23, 2010 #

Running 30:00 [3]

A mighty 10.5kph.... apart from that ok.

Swimming 30:00 [3]

All over the place

Note

Some flexibility coming back... reach is nearer to my toes rather than knees.

Cycling 30:00 [3]

Busy weekend mainly working catching up given travel the last couple of weeks...

... however, turned the handlebars upside down chopper style, and did an ok steady 30mins on the trainer... iced straight afterwards, and felt ok. Encouraging.
