Back in Sweden again. Air felt very clean. I felt very strong and at ease. Not pushing just trotting along. Suffering a little from jet lag but it felt better after.

After a long day finally some time to exercise. Hit a steady pace and added a couple faster bursts of 3.30 pace. Felt good and healthy. Super hot tho at the end
