Morning run with Love in Stockholm. Lovely day with cheeky swim in the middle. Leg was feeling pretty good.

Decided to join Love on some easy forest o on one of the oringen training areas. Beautiful forest easy to run blue berries everywhere. Turn about controls sort of. Easy pace to judge how th leg was. Annoyingly I think I stayed out too long and by the end my leg was hurting a bit after need to be a bit more careful

Was feeling good so took an easy run before lunch. Felt a little stiff at the start but again it warmed up. Was able to run a bit harder today but still not feeling ready to push.

Legs felt good so decided to enjoy the good weather and go out again. Foot was really good. Occasionally could feel a niggle but it was generally decent. Took it easy mixing the tempo a bit

A very easy run to see how the leg feels. Was tricky to start with really easy then after it warmed up after 10mins was a bit better but still an easy pace
