Easy bike to get the blood flowing and heart pumping. Feeling pretty good and excited for six days. Just a little niggle in the foot, so will assess tomorrow and decided to run or not. Will likely go out but perhaps a brisk walk would be better

Easy warm down and test of the leg. Was feeling good. Tested it on soft moss and jiggled about and seemed good, on a hard sprint it soon becomes noticeable. But good progress.

Nice bike ride around deeside, to inchmarlo, hill of banchory and back. Felt good for the foot, no pain, except in the saddle on this cranky old bike.

Easy run to get some blood flow, the leg was not feeling great. I think I had over done it the day before in the terrain. Had to move to a fast walk pace for some of it. Bit annoyed, need to really rest this injury.
