First trail run comp.
Came second just over a minute behind Love. An awesome race on small trails and crossing bogs. Pushed but was also sensible to not go too hard to early. Was thunder and lightening during the race maki nu an awesome setting. Knee felt great, a couple of points I could feel it on ups/downs but in general great. Strong finish up some small hills. Quickley recovered feeling good after the race! Feeling good

Super stoked for a another short session in the forest. Felt great after a good warmup. Tried the leg smacking technique the sprinters use, quite good.
Physical felt even better than previous o sesh which I was happy to feel. Both the leg felt stronger and my terrain technique was better.
O technique was good in general. some route Choice on 2 I got pushed right of the cliffs. On 7 I got a little misorientsted by not having a clear ap.
Next time:
- decide on the leg execution technique
- define a clear ap when leaving control

Back to the forest!
First planned session to get back into the orienteering. Super excited! Good warmup and felt a little nervous to start. Why because I didn’t want to feel like all this preparation as lead to no improvement.
Orienteering ability felt off. Just my confidence but after the first couple controls it came back.
Leg felt good but not perfect. I think partially trust but also that the movement in the terrain will take some sessions to ge track
