Awesome day of down hill biking. No injuries! just lots of fun. Body felt pretty knackered by the end of the day tho. Best ride is off the top lift. really awesome wild black run that comes down some chunky rocks. Don't think i realised how tired this made me over the next few days.

Exploring the area on electric mountain bikes. good way to see a bit further and keep the intensity down, but still pushed quite hard up some hills to get a burn. Up to copper hill and copper mine. Awesome scenery, and looked a little bit like Canada in places. some snow on the peaks stil on the north faces.

climbing some mountains around Are. First day here and jsut arrived off the train. slept quite bad on the train. terrible weather, down with cloud to 500m so couldn't see the tops. cold and wet and windy on the tops

5x7min intervals, was a bit tired from yesterday but still good to go, went steady but pushed to keep it interesting. mix of large track and small trails up and down so quite a mix in terrain.

Mile run test ,new pb ⭐️
64, 70, 73, 73 for each lap
Felt good before the test, a bit nervous for beating my prvious time of 4:47.
First lap felt amazing just flying. Aiming for a 65s lap so was a bit too fast. A couple decided to jog slowly round the track so second and last lap I had to come into the third lane, minor but still a bit annoying. Really started to kick in during the third lap. Although I was surprised my speed had dropped so much after the second lap. Third was tough then forget appeared and I just kept pushing and looking ahead happy to have kept the last consistent. For next time I need to be able to judge my 400m pace better and run some more lactate test runs
