Felt good before the test, a bit nervous for beating my prvious time of 4:47.
First lap felt amazing just flying. Aiming for a 65s lap so was a bit too fast. A couple decided to jog slowly round the track so second and last lap I had to come into the third lane, minor but still a bit annoying. Really started to kick in during the third lap. Although I was surprised my speed had dropped so much after the second lap. Third was tough then forget appeared and I just kept pushing and looking ahead happy to have kept the last consistent. For next time I need to be able to judge my 400m pace better and run some more lactate test runs
