Night o intervals with group of 5. Felt really good cruising in terrain. Cold tho -10. Good inning with others whilst focusing on my line. Bashed right knee on ice which annoying but seems ok just bruise

a fun race with some good local talent. still a little snow on the ground. was feeling excited but quite tired in the body so wasn't able to push so hard, although the technical went pretty well. some sloppy route choice in some cases just due to the tired feeling but stable nav
