Howgills

The weather was glorious today, sunshine and no wind - perfect!

As expected, the course was tough going after the relatively gentle first climb. Started to struggle on Dummacks and then again on the final ascent. Cramp in both of my legs making the going slower than I'd hoped for.

Something to aim for in future years.
