Good day out.
I managed with much less food than last year. I had noticeably less discomfort during the race on the descents. I suspected last year these 2 were linked.
Need more practice at packing a race vest as the amount of skin I've lost on my chest shows.
Consistent training pays off.

Really pleased with the day. Especially as I thought we were dropping out after 2 hours going up to High Kop.
