Hillsss. Wasn’t keen on the clubs 20x200m flat reps tonight so did my own hill session in the park (10 x kelvin bridge to the viewpoint at the top [downhill recovery]) Felt good to do a hill session again and felt strong. Pitch black!! Not used to these dark nights yet
