Nice way to cure a hangover. Felt pretty good and felt great all day after so glad I dragged myself out in the morning for a runs. Full on shorts and T-shirt’s . Got back as the village was just waking up after a fun night in Pennan, lots of sore heads this morning I think...

Last day of 2019 !! From Pennan along the coastal trail to New Aberdour beach and back, some nice field hopping on the way back on the cliffs above Pennan. Super sunny and warm , running in sports bra at some points , definitely not thermal weather as I’d thought.
