Johnshaven sprint - no big mistakes , a couple little annoying things adding a couple seconds. Tired a lot near the end , but felt ok for most of it . Not keen on sprints really , too fast and short

Favourite Glen t loop . Tragic, my buff fell out my pocket half way up the hill , only realised just before the top! Annoying run down and up again to fetch it . Snow and ice was tough going but worth it for the sunny views. Leggies feeling a bit stiff , calves need a good roll out tonight

Stunning sunset up hill of fare . Pure happiness. Felt light on my feet and strong . easy nip up to the top . Always a joy.
Getting dark on the way down , bit spooky by the haunted Shepard’s hut, pace probably spiked
