Podcast plod round the Brathens trails, Glen O Dee and home by the Dee. Listened to the new “The Run In” episode with Hanny Allston, would definitely recommend, a very interesting but also tough listen.

5k tempo for James C’s TeamPhysioRun ASICS virtual relay. Filling in for Eilidh as she’s a cripple. Felt pretty crappy, did this pre brekkie with tired legs so was a bit of a grind. Didn’t push myself so pretty ok with the time.

Good old Scolty poos <3
Quick up and down head torch run with Luke. Decided not to go to DR training, just didn’t feel right about turning up after being in Glasgow last week and additionally with all the new aboyne cases.
Plus left hammy is still bothering me so a session probably would’ve done any good.

First time up Culblean, stunning sunny morning. Oh how I love Deeside!! Started at cambus and went straight up the steep climb, came off the cairn down to the Land Rover tracks below morven and then back to the car park down the little valley between culblean and Crannach Hill (a Joe Wright recommendation). Kept wishing my twinnie was with me the whole way round <3 xx
