Was planning on going up Craigrath for the CP but couldn’t be bothered with the snow, no one had been up since the new dump so too much effort having to run through fresh stuff. So stayed low and decided to do a wee hill session instead.

Nice and easy plod on the backroads, into the village and bits of Glen O dee. Been listening to the “train smart” podcasts and very interesting one today about training as a female athlete and how hormonal/menstrual cycle effects week to week training abilities and performance. Definitely would recommend. Something to really think about...

Nice chatty one with Chloe round craigmore/potarch trails. The still icy trails and my again poor choice of footwear meant we ran at a perfect and well needed recovery pace :))
