Trip to the borders for long run with Ewan. Stole kirst and Ali’s route from the other week with a accidental detour near the end oops. Horseshoe loop starting from Peebles- Birkscairn hill, stake law, Dun rig, middle hill, huddleshope heights, Preston law + unknown. Cracking day out finished with some yummy salads and then lots of cake from the chocolate shop.

Aberfoyle for British relays, just being driver and team support for the day :)) glorious run up Craigmore hill behind the town before rushing to the start to watch the relays. Pretty insane weather, blue skies and roasters, sports bra running up top!
