Solo club night training...
Didn’t manage to get back to Bristol in time for Tuesday Training run - so went for a solo run instead - tried to stay off road as I’ve got a twinge in my calf after slipping over on Sunday, and didn’t want to put on too much pressure. Still love running at night with a head torch in the woods!
