Exploring trails
Nice run exploring some new trails for me. Got stung by a bee at about halfway round on my arm - haven’t had one of those since being a kid - forgot how painful they are!

Needed to stretch out the legs today after a night of cramps in one of my calfs - bizarrely after yesterday being the first day in months of not doing exercise. Lesson learned - never stop!!
