Grim

Bog Bashing, Tough Mudding, whatever its called - this was 12k of muddy obstacle course. Its the first time all year that I have not enjoyed a run - there was no feeling at any point during it of being in the zone and feeling free - it was treacherous step after step just thinking that I was going to go a cropper and break an ankle - horrible!
Even Jim agreed that this was the muddiest run that we have both EVER been on.
I think I will avoid fields and heavily used trails until the water subsides...
