Orienteering race (Terrain) 31:40 [3] 6.2 km (5:06 / km) +145m 4:34 / km
shoes: Scruffy Irocks

Middle practice on the cold and wonderfully wet Headley Heath. Did a nice WU with Frank and most of the course was pretty good accept I mistook one fence for another loosing a minute:( Lost some more time earning Brownie points. Dada thinks I should have gone faster at the end as he was beating me and I agree but at the time I felt pretty inked - I didn't taper so that'll be why but on the happy side I didn't feel my shins at all which'll be why I ended up with magnificent reddy waterfall:/

Running (Yoga) 1:00:00 [3]

15mins of Bothmer; Tides into Saggy Puppet, into F*** OFF. Then 45mins of Yoga led by Sky - loved the 'Happy Baby' pose finishing off with a shoulder massage circle.
2 PM

Running (Trail) 1:19:53 [3] 16.27 km (4:55 / km) +383m 4:24 / km
shoes: Really Scruffy Irocks

"And it's a bright, bright, bright sunshiny day:)" My biggest LSD ever!! Shins felt a bit dodge when I started but the warm sun, a very friendly farm Collie puppy and a Sparrowhawk made me forget them and just really enjoy running in the daylight for once. It was proper muddy, kinda hard on my poor Irocks but they are still not showing any signs of falling apart.

Running (Track) 35:02 [3] 6.04 km (5:48 / km)
shoes: Nike super dooper fast

3 sets of 4 x 300m. It was really really wet but shorts and T-shirt weather to, so felt like we were in the Monsoon. I've fallen in love with my new shoes:) So nice and grippy, springy everything. Except the colour. Felt a wee bit heavy so went for consistency, 47-51secs.

Splashy tempo on the old railway track. Did a short WU, 6km at 4:05m/km using HR monitor for pace and then jogged back to Flecks. It was pretty wet but also nice and warm so chest didn't give me any jip. Using the HR monitor I think does help me keep better pace but it does take a bit of the fun factor out of running. Hey ho
