shoes: Nike super dooper fast

4 x 300m, 100m wog, 200m, 200m walk. Felt pretty good and whipped out some cheeky 45sec 300's although let myself down a wee bit on the 200's. Legs felt great and was going to try and do a faster 300 on the last set but unfortunately got boxed in and had to settle for 48, daim! Inside of both ankles a bit iffy especially the right.
