Who couldn't love a first control that is 800m, with over 80m's decent through the least skanky skog known to Stan:) Nice focus/process/drive through the first part of the course but got in a wee bit of a muddle when I realised that number 6 had gone walkabout. Couldn't get quite my head back into my focus mojo but there were real nice warm sunny views to be had for people who were distracted as I was. Taped my knee and didn't feel it at all which was fantastic, although not so keen on the post race hair extraction part....

Sprintervals around wet and windy Sussex uni. Start was great although I was getting pretty tired on the last few and a few mistakes started to creep in.

I went to the uni cafe for lunch which was great, £5 for a curry with all the extra bits and then did 2 hours of Integration whilst letting my food go down. Unfortunately my left knee was really sore when I tried to WU so de.cided to call it a day and catch the train home

9 x 200m's - wooaaah!!!! Lost a fair bit of pace but still stayed between 30 and 27 secs on all the reps. Cramped up whilst driving home which was sketchy.......
