I tried being very antisocial before the start which seemed to work really well for me, unfortunately - I liked having a pre-run chat. Mostly good technically, just some wobbles where I didn't find what I was looking for and had to relocate of the walls, as well as making myself stop when I didn't have a plan which I guess is a good thing but it felt like I was wasting time. To be honest I found it much more of a physical challenge than a technical challenge, especially the knobley limestone after running up the slope. Apparently there was a lovely view of the Bay from the top but I was to concentrated to notice.

When i finished i was real happy as i thought i'd made only one wee mistake and kept up good focus throughout the race without getting too distracted by other people:) Looking at it afterwards though, i made a few dodgy route-choices and my 'Wee mistake' cost like 20 seconds which aint so wee afterall:( The unmapped ducks were very distracting, one definitely tried to trip me up on multiple zigzags... I'll just have to smash it tomorrow:) Not the Duck, sorry

I was going to do 2 x 3min, 2min, 1min but got cramps in loads of different places in my calves on the second set so jogged around for a wee bit and then finished off with a few strides. I tink it might be something to do with the Osteo I had on Monday which has changed my posture.

Went to the Ostrepath today and they said I'm all wonky which is why my knee is giving me jip. No Volleyball or running tomorrow:(

Pre brekky 3/4 Chiddinglye loop. Walked the last quarter as a bit of glue from sticking my shoes back together was giving me a blister.
