Running back home in the dark. Legs felt a bit dead but floated up the Bluebell Railway hill compared to when I ran up last

A wee bit of bouldering watching the sun go down on a beautiful day:) I would have stayed longer but it started to get dark so decided to call it a day, but saw some Pipistrelle Bats flying above the lake which was nice once it was dusky

Steady LSD with Nick instead of the southern champs in my back yard. It was really hot (15C) so I started to feel a bit dehydrated but having a gell definitely helped that and also my legs which have felt kinda sluggish over the last few days - definitely a placebo.

SOG Blue on Rivers Wood. We ran late than usual because there was a horse race on in the area which was really nice, although it was waayyy to hot - had to get the old swimmers and thongs out! There was a good routechoice leg although doing it three times weren't so fun, managed to get it perfectly by the end:)

It was a beautiful evening so Scarlet, Poppy and I wogged down to High Rocks for a bit of bouldering which was sooooo fun!!! No more plank and sit ups for me:)

3 x 4(300m hard, 100m wog) with 4 mins between sets. Felt trash unfortunately and was adrift for the whole session doing 51-49 second reps. Got cramp afterwards, again. The Witch Doctor says it's because I've got low levels of Mg. Now starting taking some melted Mg everyday with Breakfast, see what happens....
