Sussex Road Relays at Christs Hospital. I was really tired at the end which I haven't been for ages, so happy:) Was running in the senior race was exciting with some super-dooper fast Crawley people in my team which was scary, but real exciting.

Not really a tempo but pushed hard up the hills. Quite tired at the end and the last hill was a bit of a killer but nice to be not running on the flat

A wee bit of bouldering watching the sun go down on a beautiful day:) I would have stayed longer but it started to get dark so decided to call it a day, but saw some Pipistrelle Bats flying above the lake which was nice once it was dusky
