Sheffield Forest orienteering training. It were pretty mank to be honest although i cant blame the brambles 100%... Tried to keep good process but kept getting distracted and a wee bit frustrated:-( Nvm, just leave sheffield forest alone intil all the brambles are less high again and keep working on that headset!

Orienteering Training planned my mi par on Hindleap. Good process although should have definitely gone for some more solid attackpoints as opposed to trying to navigate off all the little features/running wildly into the control. Very hot agin but seem to be coping ok. Niggley knee didnt make an apearance today which was nice but outside of right food a wee bit tender...

WU and Sunley style (taps off obvs) reps round the cricket pitch. Tried barefoot but there were people sitting on the less nobley ground:-/ Ah well, next time:-)
Session was 3(400m,600m,200m) with 3 mins rest between sets. Legs felt a bit crunchy warming up but felt good on the reps, just trying to keep good posture. I was pretty damn hot but it was only a short session so dont think it made me feel to bad...
