WU and Sunley style (taps off obvs) reps round the cricket pitch. Tried barefoot but there were people sitting on the less nobley ground:-/ Ah well, next time:-)
Session was 3(400m,600m,200m) with 3 mins rest between sets. Legs felt a bit crunchy warming up but felt good on the reps, just trying to keep good posture. I was pretty damn hot but it was only a short session so dont think it made me feel to bad...
