Arm was too painful to go to waterpolo tonight so decided to go for tester jog.
Just really nice and easy to see if the legs still worked. Legs felt fine and quite springy but arm was pretty painful.

Lowered the weight and upped the rep to get myself back into the feeling of working out.
Arm still feeling really sore

Note

Amazing week boarding but have come back with a broken and tired body.
Left arm is quite damaged from spending all my time on the floor and got a vaccination for Estonia today which has stiffened it up a lot more. Hoping rest and taking it easier will fix it and its not anything worse.
