Sprint training at Reading Uni. Quite good technically but need to be quicker to make decisions. Shin was a bit sore so stopped early

Middle distance pyramid - first session in a while and it showed.
100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100.
paces were actually pretty good but the legs were very dead afterwards

The climax of the season - the Inter-house Road Relay. Myself and Pennington took it out hard on first leg and had a good battle on lap 1. Got into a nice rhythm on lap 2 and finished well to take the win and dip under 8mins. Very good fun as always.
