Training round Pollock. Thomas peppered the map with crafty barriers so it was really hard to find a way through often. Went through one by accident and was quite scrappy in places. Glutes felt absolutely mashed from yesterday.

EUOC hill race. 2nd, 1st fresher but got whooped by AT. Pleasantly surprised with my form considering the weak summer of training due to the shin. Shin was fine but got a bit sore after the long CD. Pretty sure my HR was higher than 173 for most of the race so idk where that's come from.
