Galoppen at Bethecar Moor. Mistake to #3 but otherwise pretty happy with the technical performance, felt in control, compass was good and reading contours well. Quite a nasty cough today, and the HR was much higher than I'd expect for what was meant to be a cruise.
Got merked by the M16 train who were moving well to be fair...

Similar vibes to last week, struggled to get going a bit on the first couple reps, however this week I could turn up the heat on the last two. Felt good til the end which is always nice, but would’ve preferred to get into the red earlier. Much better conditions this week thanks to frozen ground, so I enjoyed some faster km’s.
