A big 19 miler for my 19th. Pleased with how I felt, obviously struggled a bit at the end and during the aftermath but overall veery naice. Less climb than my last 600m run is quite an achievement I'd say.

Back on the rugby pitches loop today, with 8 x 2min (1min jog). Legs felt like utter garbage from the very start so tbh I'm just proud to have got through this considering I was on the ropes by the third rep.
