Great cycle along the valley from Tweedsmuir with Freya. Out and back along Loch Talla, Megget loch and St Mary's loch. Really nice quiet and well surfaced roads for the whole ride, highly recommend. The wall of Talla had me in absolute pieces by the top, some naughty 20% slopes getting involved.

Really nice route along braid burn to the valley park. Would be a good place for a xc session actually. Kinda felt like I was sort of... running ... which felt weird. Having said that, with 5km to go I started to feel that my right ear was blocked and there was not much I could do about it. You win some you lose some
