Pretty tired soo think paces were not as good as usually...especially on the last 10. Wanted to throw up from the 1st 5 but would recover just enough in between sets to keep going. Very nauseous all evening. Maybe not the brightest idea to run a big session on 3 hours of sleep, not good Alex.
