With Emma at the Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area. Absolutely fantastic day out. Sun out, perfect temperature, iiiiiiideal.

Some freezing rain outside soo indoors again. With Emma. Time goes soooo slowly, soo boring, so sweaty.

Spent 3 hours in the climbing gym, it's addictive! Climbed the "tallest wall in Canada": 30 meters up a chimney. By far the biggest achievement of the week. Didn't even cry.

Weather warning for snow storm so treadmill it is. Tried to do a hills session: 4x3 min max incline (~2min) at 8k pace + 4x30 sec at 12k (1 min). Note to self: do not jump on a fast moving treadmill.
