5x4min [1] solo on the Killing Fields. Started a bit too fast (ofc) and by the end of the 2nd wanted to throw up so reduced a bit intensity for the last 2 but looking down at paces, they didn't slow down so pretty happy with it.

To and back from Blackford to help out beginners at the technical training. Keep underestimating the hill to the observatory...Wanted to actually do the training but by the time I could have I was freezing and just wanted to get home.
