Late long run. Down to Leith, up Leith walk (forgot how long of a climb it is) and a lap of the Seat, in complete darkness. Good tunes, good feels. And shins behaving surprisingly well, switching to road shoes probably did some good.

Short and sweet Saturday session with Alice, Kora, Ellie and Mairi.
8 min tempo on the Killing Fields, then jog up to Galloping Glen for 8x75sec (75sec). First hill reps in a very long time, felt tough, but got it done. And managed to power through the last ones...at the expense of my running form.

Technical training at Craigmillar. Hated the forest, nettles everywhere, couldn't find anything. Gave up and did the sprint, very nice. Got interpellated by some teenage boys: 'Oy, you lost?'.
