Solo Pentlands from home. Took a while to get there, got a bit lost, did an unintentional loop around the golf course, oups. Prettyyy windy in the Pentlands, got literally flown up to Allemuir, fantastic. Very nice outing despite the tiredness.

Technical training in Morningside. Went with Aine and Sophie to 'coach' them. Stopped at every control to discuss strategy and before we knew it it was 7:30 and a worried Pedley came looking for us. Time flies when you're having fun.

Feeling pretty good, so obviously started a bit too fast. Died on the 2nd. And then joined the group back on the 3rd one for a nicely paced last one, and a great team effort sprint for the last 2 min. Much fun.
