Blackford loops, very misty towards the top. If you closed your eyes hard enough you could have been in the Alps. Gorgeous.
Did an hour of Fiona's fancy pressure boots at level 4. Worked wonders, definitely felt the benefits on Saturday morning, absolutely no shin pain. When i took my legs out had a massive lump on my right shin, pretty scary but not at all painful soo don't think there is any need to worry.
