Great turnout made this much nicer. Legs felt fresh (finallyyy) so didn't completely collapse on the hills. I really need to work on my running form uphill.

Note

Did an hour of Fiona's fancy pressure boots at level 4. Worked wonders, definitely felt the benefits on Saturday morning, absolutely no shin pain.
When i took my legs out had a massive lump on my right shin, pretty scary but not at all painful soo don't think there is any need to worry.
