Down WoL to Balerno then back up Braid brun with Juliet. Splendid route. Slightly sketchy crossing a closed bridge but all good fun in the end. Very nice steadyish pace, really enjoy those long distances.

Compass training on Craigmillar Golf course. Very tired legs. Then a green only course on Blackford, following Louise, makes orienteering much more fun.

Note

It's been 2 days now that I constantly feel my heart beating in my left ear. It's extremely annoying. I have tried banging my head a bit to try and fix it but unsuccessfully. Hope it goes away fast.
