Seat climbs with many friends. Nicee deviations from usual routes. Up the brutal, up the Crags, straight down the crags, up the seat a funky way and the usual whinny-bog exit. Grandiose. On the downside, feeling quite nauseous again on the run.

Pretty tired soo think paces were not as good as usually...especially on the last 10. Wanted to throw up from the 1st 5 but would recover just enough in between sets to keep going. Very nauseous all evening. Maybe not the brightest idea to run a big session on 3 hours of sleep, not good Alex.
