Middle distance at Tentsmuir. Some nice sea views and dune forest. Came off the path for two of them slightly wrong but overall navigation was fine.

I very confused on #1 and #2...seemed to be quite common, but was fun anyway;)+a bit tiring from the morning

Pyramid laps around the small Stirling uni pond (1,2,3,2,1) with partner running in between

5 bigger laps round the pond on the road with rests in between
