Running warm up/down 7:30 [2] 1.28 km (5:52 / km)

orienteering race (JK Middle-Windmill Hill) 26:35 [4] 4.0 km (6:39 / km) +34m 6:22 / km

Trying to take it steady and focus on proper navigation and use of attackpoints. Generally was all good and happy with how it went. After the spectator I was dragged a bit off line by the green and was quite hesitant on those last few controls, enjoyed the area though and drank enough this time:)

Running warm up/down 6:52 [2] 1.0 km (6:52 / km)

Couldn't persuade Clare to join me;)

orienteering (JK day 1-sprint Aldershot) 20:43 [4] 3.6 km (5:45 / km)

Disgustingly dehydrated, felt very very grim and very unfocused-not ideal but some lessons learnt.

Also didn’t garmin so just used course distance.

Running warm up/down 3:23 [2] 0.44 km (7:41 / km)

Round the backroads, not too fast.
Still feeling the lactic acid from last weekend but a nice and sunny run!:)

Running warm up/down 6:04 [2] 0.83 km (7:19 / km) +19m 6:34 / km

orienteering (SOL 2-Falkland) 58:05 [3] 7.83 km (7:25 / km) +336m 6:06 / km

Bit of a savage course with a veryyyy long leg to number five with a steep climb at the end (not sure if this was the best route choice but didnt seem too bad)+had some fun finding the last control as it was hidden in some windblow. Slightly more enjoyable course than I was expecting;)

Running warm up/down 3:57 [2] 0.64 km (6:10 / km)
