orienteering race (JK Relay-Minley) 35:40 [4] 5.83 km (6:07 / km) +60m 5:49 / km

Womens trophy leg 3 with Grace and Clare:)
Came fifth overall.
I set out in second and stayed with Faye for about 5 controls but then just couldn't keep up and was tired from the other races. A few more 21s came past later on, but enjoyed the course anyway as it was a nice, runnable area. Relays are always good fun;)

Running 8:30 [2] 1.5 km (5:40 / km)

Went on an explore of the model map with Evie and saw a fox

orienteering race (JK Long-Cold Ash) 1:02:10 [4] 9.75 km (6:23 / km) +134m 5:58 / km

1 hr 55 seconds without road crossings
Just trying to keep it going smoothly on this.Water stop was much needed. For the long leg approaching the control I hit the line of re-entrants the control was in, and then turned left and hit the road, when my control must have been just to my right, which was annoying. Evie caught me on the next control and helped boost my speed again for the rest of the course which we stayed together for, with Laura in the distance. No major mistakes and 3rd place overall so pleased with this run!

Something dodgey going on with the climb on my garmin as it all seems quite low.

Running warm up/down 7:45 [2] 1.0 km (7:45 / km)
