Note

Orienteering training Newstead, organised by Roch with S and D. Bearing practice, map reading and attack points. Very slow, overthinking and on reflection tried to go control to control rather than to a safer attack point. Deviated off bearings at times and then relied on finer map reading to relocate. Lots of great feedback. Aim to practice and be more consistent with the compass, simplify detail to process map quickly and then keep moving!
