Sprint event, ran ok to start, smoke in air made it a bit challenging to breathe with asthma. Changed mind at 9, should have stuck with original plan, costly doubling back.

Plan was 5'run 1'walk intervals with S. However we both got into a groove and kept going for 30'. Smashed 2 goals, 30 min continuous and 5km for first time :) yeah.

Hot again, 32deg tonight. Run round local streets, made it up last hill to home, yeah finally. 500m climb in total, needed 100m walk to avoid vomit before finishing. Took ages to feel right after run Thursday night, better now.
