Ok first 18min then needed to slow to walk, legs and lungs still improving.

Orienteering 1:25:50 [3] 7.91 km (10:51 / km) +106m 10:10 / km

Orienteering course 5.9km but noodled trying to locate control on longest leg. Someone had nicked it. :(. Needed to concentrate more at end of other long legs seemed to pull up short or not trust bearing, sucked into vortex. Good to be able to run on and off today

Bush sprint, so much fun. Forgot to turn on watch. Ran alot further.... Noodling to control 5 :(
