Carroll's Spring. Fun course physically and mentally challenging. Just one major blip pulling up way too short. Nailed some towards end of course even taking 4 legs off DD.

Checking control sites for future event. So hilly.

Sedgewick sth. Hills and poor route choices = lots of climb :( lost concentration at 3, relocation practice. Much better after that :)

Was aiming for 30min but hill from TC got me. Lovely weather to go for a run though.
