2 sets of 3min 2min 1min. Tapering so didn’t do 3 sets only 2. Sticking with Paige on the 3min 2min but some reason couldn’t push on the 1min. Everything hurts now so going to skip s + c for today. Not exactly sure how to sort out the hr but can confirm wasn’t in the white.
