Orange leg.
Had a minute lead when I was sent out (cheers James) but knew Caitlin would be catching so pegged it. Was tired by the time I got to #2 but kept pushing. Clean run apart from bit of hesitation to #3 and a couple of metres too low to #4. Managed to make a gap of about 2-4 (?) mins. Took the W on the highly competitive orange course and 2nd overall.
Also swear I was trying harder than 128bpm.
