Orienteering 1:24:21 [3]
shoes: oroc

Harvester at Blakeholme, first leg, it was hard and rough
first control was a scary long diagonal downhill leg, hanging off the back of the back and then dropped down on my own at what I thought was the right point and luckily I was right and had a 5min lead at 3. Then binned 5mins at 6 when I didn't see the wall junction attackpoint. Saw Andy and Rhys below me on the moor on a different gaffle and could still see their torches at 12. Then was just slow and steady through the woods on my own before stuffing up the penultimate control by several minutes. Ended up 10mins down in 3rd, but about 10mins ahead of 4th.
Knee sore and swollen after bashing it off a rock half way
FVO won easily in the end
