while girls were at ballet in Kinross took Storm along Loch Leven trail most of the way to Vane Farm and back
surprisingly calf was ok, perhaps the odd twinge, even when down to 4'30km's

had to take Storm out so went for a run to see how calf was,
quarry, Bank Hill, King's Seat, Maddy Moss, King's Seat, quarry
took it very steady, calf pretty much OK for 30min then started aching a bit, although never sore

quarry and lower part of Hillfoot Hill track
calf ok

Orienteering 33:21 [1]
shoes: oroc

lunchtime trip out to Little Druim Wood
calf popped after about 30s jogging along path :(
went round very slowly after that
